Digital Scrapbook Designer | Lynn Grieveson – The Lilypad

A set of roughly 5" x 7" pen and ink photo overlays. Use the black ink effect, invert for a worn white edge - or add a color overlay to change to any color you wish.

They are provided as both psd and TIFF layered templates, with bordered and full bleed photo options.

Also included are the edges as standalone 'drag and drop' png stamps.


This product is for both personal use and for commercial use.

If purchasing for commercial use you cannot:

- sell or give them away in their layered form. They should only be sold or used for freebies in a flattened format (eg png or jpeg ). This means you also cannot use them (layered) as part of templates to sell or give away.

- Use them to make up the majority of a new digital scrapbooking element pack (ie please don’t just alter slightly, flatten then sell as one element pack). They should be altered and used to make your own elements that contribute to a kit or collection.

- Use them to make another commercial use product (ie this is not a CU for CU product)

These digital files are saved as png files at 300 dpi.

Top off your layout with a realistic strip of paper, slightly worn edged and lifted off the page. Seven different styles - just clip your paper, merge and you are done. They are provided in both psd and TIFF formats. (Also provided as separate png elements for those whose scrapping program requires them - I recommend you don't download the png option unless you need it). Scrap for hire artists and photographers have the opportunity to purchase a limited professional use license to cover all products of mine that they have purchased for a period of 12 months.

At the end of that 12 months you will have to purchase another license to continue using the products commercially.

(Note, this only applies to 'personal use' product that you purchase separately. You do not need this license for any CU product of mine you have purchased. Any product listed as "commercial use" that I may add to the store will be clearly marked and will already include a commercial use license. This license also doesn't cover any collaborative products I might add to the store.)

This license is ONLY for Scrap for Hire layout artists and photographers creating albums for their clients. This license allows for the selling of pages, embellished photographs, albums or cards that you have created for clients. These must be provided in a flattened format.

It is NOT a 'commercial use license' for use by digital scrapbook product designers.


What does the license allow you to do?

Under the terms of this agreement you can use any products from my store that you have purchased for for 12 months to:

Create custom layouts, cards, invitations and albums for your clients provided you are only selling flattened versions (ie no layered psd or tiff files or individual paper or element files can be provided to your customer). The final product must include the client's photos or personalised details – it can't be a "quick page" or card template to which they can add their own photos.
You can display examples of finished layouts or cards etc on your blog or website provided credit is given to Lynn Grieveson designs.




What CAN'T you do with the license?

Under the terms of this agreement you MAY NOT:

Use my designs to make scrapbook products for sale or as freebies. This includes using them to make your own kits, papers, quickpages, product previews. This covers both digital and printed scrapbook products. (You may not print any of my designs and offer them for sale in printed formats).
Use my designs to make quickpages or hybrid items (calendars, cards, bag toppers) to be sold (or given as freebies) as downloadable, digital products
Share the products with anyone else, whether they are friends, family or via a file sharing site. The license is for one person only.
Produce physical products or any products for mass distribution, as this license is for one individual using it for small business use only.
Claim these graphics as your own. All products created by Lynn Grieveson Designs are copyrighted by Lynn Grieveson with all rights reserved.
