September Challenges

Happy September everyone!  Polly Karen here bringing you a post all about the new challenges for this month.  Once again the Challenge Polly’s have created 7 all new challenges to get your creative juices flowing.  With this week being back-to-school week for us, we are adjusting to a new routine at our house.  I’m planning on adding time to play along with all of the challenges to my new routine.  I hope you will join me!  🙂  Remember that not only will you create some wonderful new scrapbook pages, you can earn up to a 30% off coupon (2 challenges = 10% off, 4 challenges = 20% off and 6 challenges = 30% off) to spend in the Store AND if you complete all 7 challenges, you could win a guest spot on the Creative Team!  See the September Challenge Forum for more information and for the Challenge Guidelines.

 

1.  Product Challenge – This month’s Product Challenge is hosted by Heather (HeatherB) and she has chosen frames for the product of the month.  She even has several product ideas posted in the forum to get you started.  Your finished pages using frames should be posted to the Product Challenge Gallery.  Here is a sample page from Heather:

 

 

2.  Journaling Challenge – Amanda (gracielou) is hosting the journaling challenge this month.  She wants you to take a step back and capture one of those small moments that you might otherwise forget as the years go by.  Your finished pages should be posted in the Journaling Challenge Gallery.  Here is a sample page created by Amanda:

 

 

3.  Template Challenge – Renee (renee82) is hosting the template challenge this month.  Amy Martin generously provided another fabulous free template for you to use for this challenge.  You can find the template by clicking on the image below.  Your page using this template should be posted to the Template Challenge Gallery.  Here’s a peek of the new template:

4.  Scraplight Challenge –  Heather (talktoheather) took a fun twist to the scraplift challenge this month.  She wants you to scraplift a page from one of the designer’s galleries and then create your lifted page using that Designer’s products.  Heather has all of the Designer’s Galleries listed in the Scraplift Challenge forum.  Upload your lifted pages to the Scraplift Challenge Gallery.  Here is the page that Heather chose to lift from Designer Valorie Wibbens:

5.  Random Challenge –  Dana is your host for this month’s Random Challenge.  She had the fun idea to do a Paper-to-Digi scraplift and has even selected one of her favorite paper galleries for inspiration.  Your pages should be posted to the Random Challenge Gallery.  Here is the page Dana lifted:

6.  One Word Challenge –  Julie (mrs2a50) is hosting this month’s One Word Challenge.  She has selected the word “hello”.  Post your “hello” pages to the One Word Gallery.  Here is a sample page created by Julie:

 

 

7.  BYOC Challenge – This challenge will be posted on Friday when the brand new BYOC collection is released to the store.  It is another unbelievably awesome collection that you won’t want to miss.  This challenge will require you to use 90% products from the BYOC collection and you must use items from at least 3 designers.  Those finished pages should be posted to the BYOC Challenge Gallery.
