Scrapping Essentials
Are you new to digital scrapping? Maybe you’re an experienced scrapper but in need of some good basics to add to your digital stash? Make sure and check out our Essentials link in the store. These are the things that you will be coming back to time and time again to use on all your pages. Here are a few of my favorites:
Templates are a starting block for me. I begin most of my layouts with one, and Amy’s mega bundles are a great way to get a lot of different templates to make some amazing layouts!
Solid cardstock is another basic that I have to have. I do use a lot of patterned papers too, but more often than not, I want a nice textured solid cardstock for my background. Kaye’s Back to Basics cardstock pack is just perfect!
Probably the next thing I’m going to want to put on my page is some brushes. Karah absolutely rocks the brushes, and her Finishing Touches set is a must have!
Lined journal cards are a fave of mine whether I use them for layering or for journaling. Here are some fabulous ones from Sahlin Studio:
Borders are another staple in my stash that I can’t live without! I love these by Jenna:
You can never have enough word art, and this pack by Lili will be used time and time again!
Buttons are another item that I don’t think you can’t have too many of. I’m pretty sure I have them on every single one of my layouts! I love this big bonanza pack from Gina.
