Let’s Get Challenged!
Hello, Pad fans! Julie here with this week’s Pad Challenge. That’s this Julie, not that Julie, or that Julie, or that Julie. I’m Roxy’s mom Julie, mrs2a50 Julie. How many Julie’s are there?? Um, lots! LOL! So, if you can keep us all straight (or even if you can’t), pull up a pad, grab your beverage of choice, relax, and we’ll get on with this!
First, thanks to everyone who participated in the Lilypad’s FIRST challenge ever, our color challenge to fill the Pad Gallery with all sorts of lovely pink, green, white and black. You guys ROCKED that – the gallery was never so pretty! As of Friday (the end of the challenge), we had 100 layouts posted to the Gallery! WOW!! I asked The Pollywogs to pick a layout that really caught their eye, and here’s what they came up with:
Again, fantastic job you guys! I hope everyone had fun with this challenge – I know the CT all did! Maybe if you all holler loud enough, we can let the designers know that we want to do this again! So if you’d like to see another challenge centered around new, color-specific products, be sure and leave a comment. We’re here to challenge you with things you enjoy, and we don’t know what that is unless you tell us!So let’s not prolong the expense – you want to know who won last week’s challenge, don’t you?? Colored bands twisted and tied into all sorts of great, usable shapes – in either bright or muted colors (or both, if you can’t decide!). So I wanna see what you can do with these cute things. Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to create a layout showcasing these bad boys. Show me what you’ve got!
