Thank you to all who come to the chat and to everyone who participates in the slow scrap!! Everyone who completes their page according to the instructions will receive a coupon. I will try to get them out to you as soon as possible after 3PM EST on Friday. ----------------------------------- Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery under Speed Scraps and link here in this thread so I make sure to give you credit. GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. Here are the instructions: 1) -2 layered pattern papers 2) -1 framed photo (can be actual frame or stroke) 3) - paint transfer or paint under photo... (can also use as a mask for blending the original photo into the background) 4) -5 additional elements (I used: tree, recolored bow, button ribbon, paper snowflake, on this day phrase for my page) 5) -Date (can be made from elements or typed out - this does not count towards element count if element used for a date example: I used messy marks for nov 19 and then used lumi element number 18) 6) - at least 3 lines of journaling & Title (unless it is part of your elements.. my title was a word phrase) 7) - is OPTIONAL.. only if you want... it is optional and added only because Sharron asked.. I will allow 2 extra photos if you want .. [my scrapped page below is not using the optional step 7] Here is my page: [credits are noted for my page in the gallery] Can't wait to see yours! Have fun and Happy Thansgiving... remember pages are due Friday 3PM EST!!!
I am so sorry I wasn't able to make the chat. We are hosting Thanksgiving for DH's side of the family and have been cleaning up a storm! But today we took a bit of a break. Family from Pennsylvania were here and we all went out to lunch. I walked in the door right at the time the chat would have been ending. I will get a page done, definitely appreciate the extra slow scrap. Happy Thanksgiving!
Such a nice page, Christa. Here's mine. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. My 5 elements are the hanging banner I made. Amy Wolff did the stacked frame.
Happy Thanksgiving Marilyn.. enjoy family!! Hugs and glad it is an XL slow scrap so you have plenty of time!!
Beautiful Jan! I will comment properly tomorrow .. thank you for coming to the chat and playing along!
Perfect and beautiful Hannah! I will comment properly tomorrow. Diagonal layered is perfect. I closed down my laptop.. gave a good night!
Sorry I missed the chat but will work on a page. Thanks for the extra time. It’s going to be a quiet day at home so I will have time to play. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
I had some free time this afternoon & figured I'd better work on this layout ASAP. Here is mine. The five elements are: arrow, flower, button, tape, word art. Please let me know if the one background paper has enough of a pattern on it (the BINGO lettering). Else I can swap it out for another paper. Thanks!
So much fun today! And thanks for letting me add the 2nd and 3rd photos to finish out the story! https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/11-26-29_gavin_rockwallclimb.411820/
