Not having presents wrapped by December 21 is procrastinating? I suggest that as a future Pad Patter question. I think I've only had presents wrapped before December 25 about twice in the last two decades.
I use wrapping paper 90% of the time.
I try to be neat, but I don't really like wrapping gifts. I have the skills because my Mom worked in the gift wrap department at Mervyn's department store in the 1980's and she taught me. However, I have only a tiny bit of gumption to do it well. I often skip the ribbon and bows.
I do use tissue paper -- just a couple of pieces -- on the rare occasions I use a gift bag.
The only huge gift wrapped up I can think of is a huge box my Mom wrapped one year when I was a teenager. It was for my sister, I think, and I think it was a combination of gifts. I can't remember what exactly.
The biggest gift I've ever wrapped is a computer for my son several years ago.
