1. Going out or staying home? Home. Having people over actually.
2. Hot or Cold {outside}? Warm? It's in the 60's F here (66 yesterday, 65 today}
3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} I avoid it. I will run to Kroger {Smith's} for cheap cheese, but otherwise? Nope!
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} usually DH works Sat. Life of a 24 hour business!
5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? Mostly fend for yourself aka leftovers. I'll typically make a dinner Saturday night though.

Hot ( summer here Down Under)

Most times no

Husband is retired and I do volunteer work so the Government pays me an allowance as I am too young for a pension

Make meals ( to day cooked a roast duck for the first time ever - had won a frozen duck in a raffle before Christmas )
 
1. Going out or staying home? depends though most weekends I stay home at least one day
2. Hot or Cold {outside}? Cooler today after a big storm but still warm as it’s Summer
3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} If I’m out I run errands (mainly to save on bus/taxi fares and also to give myself time to rest)
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} If I was working I’d be working Mon to Fri but my mums days off are Tues & Fri (the joy of working in Hospitality) so she works 11.30am to 8pm Saturday and 3pm to 11.30pm or when ever they finish on Sunday
5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? My mum cooks or brings something from work everyday except Sunday where I have leftovers or slap a quick meal together

hubby loves grocery shopping so he's out doing that now. Somehow he finds it calming. I find it the opposite.

hubby is weekday mostly, I'm a 24/7 carer

make our own meals normally

Staying home, but Sunday evening my company has its kick off party (instead of X-mas party).

Cold-ish, rainy, ugly

No, it's a public holiday today so everything will be closed all weekend.
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically}
Weekday.

Saturday is homemade pizza night, Sunday the boys have to fend for themselves as I will be out. Lunch is no big deal at our house. Everyone just grabs when and what they want.
 
we are part of that deep arctic freeze in the NE ...it's sup'd to be -11 here tonight and with the wind chill will feel even colder. we did everything this week so we could hunker down and not have to go anywhere this weekend. so ...

5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? doing my best to cook healthy & trying to get back to eating vegan again. i have lots of warm hearty meals planned for this weekend - tuscan bean soup is on the menu for tonight.

i seriously hope this weekend is the worst of it, and that the weather right now is NOT a sign of what is to come the rest of this winter. :(

I make dinners almost daily. Fend for yourself lunch. And if nothing is available or I don't want to cook, dine out.

2. Hot or Cold {outside}? - cold, but slightly warmer than earlier in the week
3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} - yep. Groceries, nails, random stuff
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} - weekday
5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? - make meals - I love to cook!
 
1. Going out or staying home? Home for now. Sledding later. (UGH!) Tomorrow, home and out for soccer/grocery.

2. Hot or Cold {outside}? Well, it's currently 10 degrees, and with wind chill, feels like -9 degrees. Tonight is supposed to be 1, feel like -11. It's not just cold.... it's the Arctic Tundra! :giggle

3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} Yes... boo.

4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} Mixed. Depends on DH's schedule.

5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? Mixed. Yesterday was crock pot meatball hoagies, tonight is ordering in with friends. Tomorrow may be Corn Chowder, and Chicken Noodle for boys.

Staying home if I can help it. It's frigid out there! I'll only venture out to the sewing machine store to get a couple of feet for my new sewing machine. Other than that for church on Sunday. That's it.

Did I mention it's frigid outside?

I try hard not to. All the crazies venture out on the weekends. I try to do my errands weekday mornings before lunch when no one else is out.

DH is weekday, DD weekends and DS any day of the week.

5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out?
Fend for ourselves mixed in with making meals. I'm trying to use things that are already in my pantry, fridge & freezer, so it's kinda a hit and miss going on here.

@bestcee yes... sledding. Boo... but boys will be happy. We will all be bundled, but man... brrrrr. I'm jealous of your 60-65!!!!
 
1. Going out or staying home? We have some errands to run today... we're leaving for vacation on Monday and we have some things to get still. We're headed north and still need to get a few things to help us stay warm while we're there.
2. Hot or Cold {outside}? It is cold for us. We're waking up to temperatures in the teens and it feels like it is single digits outside.
3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} My husband doesn't work a M-F job, so we just run errands whatever days he is off usually
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} My husband is at work most weekends. I actually like it because his off days are typically days most people are at work and school, so if we go to visit a museum or the aquarium or something, it tends to be less busy.
5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? It depends. It's never fend for yourself. I like to cook, but we definitely eat out too. I probably won't cook too much the next few days as we get ready to go out of town.

2. Hot or Cold {outside}? Ummm COLD. Right now it's 7F, Feels like -7
3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} Not usually. I like to have all that done before the weekend.
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} Weekday workers. DH is still laid off currently and hoping that changes soon, but even when he is we are both weekday workers.
5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? We usually eat out on Saturday and I cook a big meal on Sunday. It's the one day of the week that I really have to go big. But this week, Saturday will probably be fend for yourself which DS LOVES!
 
1. Going out or staying home? Mostly staying home, at least for today. Tomorrow it's supposed to warm up to 20 degrees so we might venture out.
2. Hot or Cold {outside}? Frigid! Wind chill is -13, which is actually better than yesterday's -23.
3. Do you run errands on the weekend? {Groceries, etc} We really need to shop today since we haven't left the house all week.
4. Is your household weekend workers or weekday workers? {Typically} Hubby works Monday-Friday, but coaches the swim team, too, so there is practice on Saturday.
5. Make meals or Fend for yourself or Dine out? I'll cook, but it might be leftovers.

Epiphany. Courtney, you have no idea! Germany is one of the countries with the most public holidays (most of them religious). And the shops are closed on each one (plus - of course - every Sunday).

Cold. 17 degrees at the moment

Not really. Usually fun stuff :)

weekday workers

Dine out! We cook all week but enjoy eating out on the weekend.
