Have any of you actually READ that article? is not too long, but they are saying because of the chacras and energy spots the color can be influential....

LOL me too!!!!!!!I tend to be happier when I'm not wearing them.![]()
I promise you my dearest, as soon as I get across the pond, you'll be my first stop! Or my second, depending on jet lag.I've told DH that "soon" we have to go to the British Isles, France, and Spain (and "soon" means "the next few years, perhaps after my dad retires so my parents can easily watch the kids" lol).

Ha ha Anne - Those look like the Costco undies I have! Yes, after 2 babies and old age, we need those big girl panties to hold everything in place. I would buy crazy colors but Costco only has the boring neutrals. I do have to have 100% cotton. I need to expand my undie shopping as I would love some colors.
Bras are a pain. Let's see got a cup size for each bio kid, plus one in old age - so yeah, they hang low. I do own some of those stretchy one piece comfy ones (I think they sold on TV as sleep bras). They are great under big t-shirts and for days when you don't want to deal with straps sliding down.
Funny story -- so growing up my initials were BAR, which if you make the traditional monogram with the last name one in the middle ---> BRA. So when I got married, I did not want to be a BAG, so now I am a BRG.
@MrsPeel Re your original article. I do energy work (JinShinJyutsu) and there are colors for each day (which I forget!) so I do get the point of the article. I had one teacher who really stuck to that and some of the students used to tease her saying "Anita is tied to the colors" but there is truth to the effect of color on us. Years ago when I worked for an insurance firm in the 60s, there was no place for the many underling women to eat their lunches so some ate in the bathroom. (Yuck) Management created a "ladies' lunch room" - yes, that kind of thing was common back then - and it was painted bright orange, the color to get you moving. There was no lingering in THAT room. As I was one slight step above the clerks, I had more lunchtime freedom and usually went shopping!
Still, as long as the 'smalls' under my outer clothes feel comfortable enough to forget they're there, I'm happy.

I can avoid that. Actually, now that I'm a mom, I want to avoid showing off my bum to my kids' friends and their parents. Eek. No one needs to see that at preschool drop off.
My undies are almost all cartoon or superhero. Yes, I'm 50. I have Cookie Monster, Bat Man, Minions, several Star Wars, all of the different Avengers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mario & Luigi, and more. I don't wear any Disney, though. As much as I love Disney characters I don't want them on my undies.
. Totally cracked me up.If I ever have to ride in an ambulance, or be rescued by a cute fireman, I want a cute bra.

I don't really give my undies much thought. I wear thongs pretty much exclusively and they are mostly white, beige, or black. I do have one red one. I have worn them so long now that anything else is really uncomfortable to me. I feel like I'm always tugging at anything else. My bras are all black or beige and very plain, but they must have a little lift to them since my 3 children left me with nothing but what appear to be socks full of change

This is one reason I like sweatshirts and tend to wear them until I start sweating between by saggy boobs. It's a hard life.![]()

I read the article. I don't know that my underwear color makes a difference to me. However, yellow is totally my power color for clothes. I don't wear white or black except for my white nursing pants. I have 2 white bras, 2 black bras, 1 neutral, & 1 paisley. I always buy the bras with one pair of matching underwear for each. But, I rarely wear a matching set, it's something fancy if I do. I think all of my cotton underwear are crazy colors & patterns. I seem to have a lot of coral.
@MrsPeel Yellow knickers with white pants? Wow!
