Tooth help!!!

I'm so sorry @Dalis. I've been experiencing the same thing ever since I had dental work done. I'm thinking it's because with the new tooth more food can get trapped in there.
So, until I can get to the dentist, I've been flossing like crazy followed by using a water pick to get as much food out as possible. Then rinse with salt water to kill the bad bacteria. It feels so much better, but then starts up again after I've eaten. I hope you get some good suggestions that will help your pain!

that’s how I feel! It comes back over and over.
 
Must be the weekend for tooth pain. :( I'm having pain in my upper left back tooth area :( And that is the side I have to chew on because I am waiting to get work done on my right side and have an exposed implant post that needs a crown. I hate dental problems! I hope you are able to get the pain to go away and hope you have some luck with finding a new dentist. I might end up having to take something for the pain even though I don't want to.

Meghan, are you feeling any better. Mine is bad and we are still not home.
 
Oh gosh Dalis @Dalis I hope you feel better soon.. glad you at least have some orajel to numb everything.. as a kid when we would have tooth aches my Dad would give me a whole clove piece to put on the side of my mouth to numb the area, until we could get to the dentist. I agree re what you have already been advised re the warm salt water rinses. Hope you can get some relief soon or something to hold you over until you can get home to see a dentist.
 
I just came from the new dentist, she is a sweetheart! She kept the dental hygienist from my retired dentist. I felt like I just needed a few margaritas and I was just jokin' w/ the girls! She has sent me to go get some medicated wash, she says my gums do look inflamed and she believes it was food. I am feeling WAY better than I did a week ago, thanks for keeping an eye on me.

Thanks ladies! Hubby is going to get the wash now, I am in a bit of pain now, but it's normal from all the proding she did. I am hoping I will be back to my happy chirpy self really soon.
