that thrill of getting something you want cheap?? PP 2.19

d what $$ I had left was used when I wanted to have a lunch or movie with a friend. Win Win.
I did this for years....I told my hubby, we would be having mac and cheese for a few days cause I was going shopping that weekend..bhahha...

waited some more time until they had their sale and I got it for $42.50
this makes my thrifty heart jump for joy!

Woohoo for deals that last a long time.
lovin' the woohoo too
I waited until I got into my car.
I got giggling with a visual of you pumping your arm up and down and yelling Whoop!!!

I love a good bargain too!!! We almost always use a coupon when we eat out. I just hate spending money on things like food. I am weird like that.

I am such a bargain hunter, if I can price match I usually do.In the last little while I have got

A Logitech iPad mini keyboard for $50 instead of $100
An phone case for $5
A tablet case for free instead of $25 (I had a gift card)
One of my textbooks for $24 instead of $40 - had to buy the other one full price
A bunch of $1 & $5 one way bus fares to/from uni

I also regularly price match for my ink and in 2014 saved over $400 on my laptop.

Lol @Sokee I don't that with my poor husband sometimes too. He plays along nicely even though I know he couldn't care less. Ha ha!

I think my best bargain recently was last summer... my hubby and I went for a walk around our block and there was an estate sale just a few doors down. They had a blue typewriter still in it's case for sale for $14. I had been wanting one for awhile, but every time I found one it was $50 or $75 or worse and I refused to buy it since I knew I wouldn't use it that much and basically wanted one for nostalgia sake mostly. Anyway, I tried it out and made sure all the keys worked and then happily went upstairs to pay and found out it was 50% off day, so I got it for $7! Woo-hoo! I drove my hubby nuts for the next few days with my click click clickety clicking. Ha ha! Even my boys had a great time playing with it!

The following week in our same (really small) neighborhood I went to a garage sale and score an awesome antique mirror for $3!

Love getting bargains - instant gratification is good but getting something at half price - makes the waiting worth it!

My latest buy was a second hand juicer that had been used less the 6 times. Got it for way less than half price and have used it daily since then.
