TGIF! What's on for the weekend?

well....... we still haven't put the tree up...finally I got Sarita to bring it up from the shed, but as she is on that teen revolution of hers, hasn't stopped a minute here..... I'm gonna chain her to the radiator tonight so she helps me

Lol I put my tree up today, I actually just finished and only broke one bauble. I'm kind of proud of myself.
 
Well, I kinda unplugged for the weekend a day early. I have a few days of unused vacation left this year, so I get to take off Fridays for the rest of the year. Woo-hoo! :) I spend the morning on Friday shopping and doing Christmas errands, then got home in time to go to lunch with my hubby. Then I painted for a little bit before I had to go get the boys from school. We had a lot of fun things to do all weekend.

Friday evening our town does caroling in the middle of town and then they turn on the lights all along the mile long bluff overlooking the lake and the big tree. Then they do live mannequins in the storefronts downtown. They started this I think 3 years ago and every year is get more and more busy. We could barely walk on the sidewalk, but it was really fun.

Saturday we went and got our tree and then we picked up my Mom and all went to see the last Mockingjay movie.

Sunday we had church, then a band concert. I'm glad to be back at work!
