Ok - I didn't link it or anything because it was done with another site's kit. This is one of my all time favorite layouts that got no attention whatsoever, but I just giggled and was SO PROUD of myself! This is the earliest picture of my Momma sitting on her Gramma's lap.
That is so gorgeous! Seriously, sometimes there must be no rhyme or reason why a layout gets overlooked in the rush of the gallery. You should be so proud. I love that rush you get when you are finishing up a layout and you just LOVE it ;-)
Yes!! I am an outwardly motivated scrapper at times - but there are times when I don't care if everyone hates it - I love it. This was one of them. IF I got NOTHING in the way of a reaction, I would be fine with it.
What a lovely page and I like the colour choices with the vintage photo. Like Lynn said, sometimes there is no reason why a page will be overlooked in the rush of a gallery.
It is so tough for me to choose just one... but I do love this one for a few reasons... first is that it tells a story that takes place over time, second is that it celebrates an important accomplishment for my boys, and third I love the mix of product I used and the clean and simple feel of it.
While I have MANY favorites- this one is probably one of the top 5. I love the look of repeated elements & this was the first time I attempted it on my own! 73 buttons!
What a great "sum up" layout!! Love how you froze the time when your life forever changed. I wish I had a photo of that day with my husband as well. I can still see him...
An oldie but a goodie. I love all the layers & all the colors. I appreciate that people were respectful even though they may not share my views.
I've never understood why people have a hard time being respectful of other's views. Your layout is happy and beautiful! Your color sense is amazing!
This is beautiful. I love all the buttons and details. No question of which is mine more because of what it represents. And it was my first OOB.
