Sentimental | Pad Patter 6.22

My mom made me and my sisters binders with old drawings, school work, etc a few Christmasses ago.
love this idea! We still have some 'bespoke' Barbie outfits and DD was into Barbie for all of about 20mins - y'know until her hair went frizzy and they all looked played with but were barely out of the box!
How do you store your dolls? We still have a ridiculous $$$ of Monster Highs All i can think is inside suitcases or something so they can lay flatish and be stacked up the top of the wardrobe at this stage

Legos, and the kits that still have all their pieces are in Ziploc bags
that is awesome - i cant tell u how many times DS says "but i can't find this piece' and shows me the instructions and it's some weird shape that woulda been made specifically for that 1 set and who knows where in the massive lego crate (or on the floor somewhere!) it is
Container with Pet Shop toys
oh these! i think if they weren't so cute, i would have less trouble parting with them myself (same with all the moshi monsters!) If it's been like a year since the kids played 'zoo' with them they could probably go though, huh?! maybe if i stick them in the 'to go' box, they'll rediscover them...

Most of my son's clothing that I was sentimental about have been passed to my nephew. Almost all of my daughter's clothing went to a friend
we haven't had anyone at the time to pass things onto - DS was basically the last in our circle and we had the hand-me-dons and acrosses really and some of the ones i loved i ended up cutting into blocks and having a small sort of patchwork blanket/keepsake made - i dont know in the years since whether it got chucked out but at the time it helped me deal sentimentally and i thought it was a good idea even if it looked a bit kooky b/cos the colours and patterns were not exactly scrapbook paper pack coordinated!

I was not a Barbie girl at all. I wouldn't play with it. I remember once getting one for my birthday and giving it back saying I didn't like Barbies. I cringe about that now. But that was how much I was not into them.
I had these kinds of dolls, and they are stored in boxes I believe?
