You can't do this right now, and it's a known issue. They are working on it.

this is not possible at this time, it is being worked on. You can tag them if you need too.
 
Is anyone aware that there are no previews in the store right now? 9:09am California time. You are probably aware but just sending out the alert just in case!! Huggles!!
 
Hello! New to the forums & gallery and can not seem to figure out how to add layouts to the gallery. Each time I try, I get "no file selected." This isn't my first time using a scrapbooking site gallery - just this one. I've double checked file name and size. I can't even upload an avatar photo. Thoughts? Suggestions? Just my bad luck today? ;) I've made one page for the MOC I wanted to upload. Will work on more while I wait to figure this out. TIA!

ETA: Well, apparently my avatar did work even though it gave me an error on the "Personal Details" page. No luck still in the gallery though.

@spcoggs First of all, welcome to The Lilypad. We're glad to have you here.

I am happy to help you solve this problem. Can you tell me the browser you're using? Also, do you happen to have a pop-up blocked installed on your computer?
 
@lmccandless I'm using Safari 9.0.2. I get the popup window to upload my file. Am able to choose a file, but then it immediately disappears and returns to "no file selected." I've restarted Safari and even rebooted my laptop. No change. Thanks for the help!

@Cath_ thanks! Yes, I did that. There's where it fails for me every time. I can select the file, but then nothing. The prompt returns to "no file selected." Did the same for my avatar. Then it suddenly showed up?
 
@spcoggs I have run this past our tech and done some additional testing on Safari with no problems. We're wondering if you have another browser you could try just to see if it works for you on there? Please let me know. Thanks!
 
I have had this problem. and when you choose your file, double click it..then wait...there is a bit of a lag...please try @spcoggs and scroll down a bit and you should see the little thumbnail.
 
@AnneofAlamo thanks for the tip. I tried, but again no luck until I switched browsers. I guess something is set wrong in my Safari.

@lmccandless works fine in Firefox. Sorry I didn't think to try that earlier. My husband added it to the laptop because he prefers it. Normally I have no issue with Safari. Guess I'll recheck all the settings. At least I have a work around for now if nothing else. Thanks for the help!
 
something i had to do alongtime ago, was add site to safe places, or whatever, to get old flash chat to work

I have the Pinterest button... do you have it now? I'm using Chrome.

Since Wish List events have apparently gone away, I have to ask before I rebuild it all... is my wish list gone forever or can it be recovered somehow? Almost everything was in an event and now I can't see any of those items anymore :(
 
was impossible to find all the parts to april 15 m3 collection... to tech support
 
for todays layout, only 3 things showed up under past m3 category
needed to go each disigner to find for the credits or search kit
name. Humm, i wasn't logged in

k, looked back, main kit and lynne marie seem only ones linked to m3 past

tech probley have alot on their plate to merge all new from new designers to existing in database
