    I'm trying to check out with some SOSN items, and when I click the "Submit Order" button it just sits and spins but goes nowhere. It looks like the checkout page has been updated from earlier today. Is anyone else having trouble with it?

    I'm having the same problem as Cath- my links came through, but it looks like payment (I used just a credit card through Authorize.net) didn't?

    @Cath_ and @scrappyjedi - PayPal is currently experiencing some problems with their fraud filters and completing email confirmations for credit card checkouts. They do process our credit cards, so you may experience some delay in getting a receipt from them. This is not a TLP issue; this is a PayPal issue for sites using their Pro Business solution. We are waiting on them to resolve this. Your orders are complete, however, and you are able to download.

    @lmccandless I actually used just a credit card and not PayPal. I received my download links via email, but when I try to use them the message "The order for this download has not been processed" pops up.

    Yes, I understand you used a credit card, but our credit cards are still processed by PayPal. @scrappyjedi I will take a look at your orders. Unfortunately, PayPal is flagging things for fraud that should not be. They are working to resolve this.

    Is there a way on a thread that has been previously read to go back to the first page automatically? On the old site, you could click on a button that took you to the newest post (which I *love*) but if you clicked on the thread title, it took you to page 1 regardless of where you were in the thread.

    Right now, if I click on a thread title for say, one of the MOC threads, it takes me to my newest reply. But what I really want to do is actually go to the first page to get to the instructions. So now it takes two clicks to get to page 1 whereas as before I could get to page 1 OR new replies, depending on where I clicked. And if you hover over the thread title to see what subforum the thread is in, it only gives you the option of direct clicking on the last three pages. Since some of the MOC threads are 12 pages long, it's still multiple clicks to get to the original post of the thread.

    Hi, During the process of the checkout for SOSN products yesterday, I got error message "too large" and after that I cannot checkout at all :( Too large order? Really? It was right after I clicked green "Proceed to Checkout" button and I even have not submitted any credit card info, yet. Did this have happened to someone, too?
    And says "Error: You are not allowed to continue the checkout procedure! Please contact the store administrator for details." I have sent several emails but I have not got any help yet. Please HELP!!!!

    A small thing, but... the following designers are not in the right place alphabetically in the list of galleries: Amber LaBau, Heather Hess (should be renamed?), Scrapping with Liz, Quirky Heart.

    Not really a bug or problem, but there are only 3 add-on kits for M3 July 2015 when if you look up superhero you get 5 add-ons for July M3.
    Also would it help if there was a Welcome to the new site or something and list threads with instructions on setting preferences, etc. I could help if you want. I'm sure you are tired of answering the same questions. Just an idea.

    I cannot seem to check my previous purchases in the Orders history unless I click one by one. I tried in Firefox and Chrome and Opera so it does not seem to be a browser issue. Is this being worked on?
