I know each one of you loves them all, but was there one that is slightly better than the rest.
Maybe it was more of a challenge initially but now it's the one you are most proud of?
Post it here so we can all leave you some extra love.

I am going to choose the dangles one (it just beat out the photo blend one) because it is a design I would have never thought up without the challenge.

Well, I'm going to go with Rajah's giant feet. :giggle I just don't completely understand gradients and masks, so even this little bit was a challenge. lol I totally need to remember to add this into my usual page creation.

I'm going to break the mould with two choices - one for the layout itself and the other for pure emotional reasons

Favourite layout is:

Close second would be this purely for the emotion in the photo

I have five favorites from the first seven challenges! haha if I must narrow it down to one, I'll choose this one:

I love the softball at the top of the swirl!

When I went to look I realised I do like all my pages so far this month. Some years I cannot say that during MOC.
So I chose to share this one as it highlights my love of Macro photography...

I sound like a copycat, but I'm scrolling up and down repeatedly through my MOC layout thread, and I, too, think I like my dangles page the best overall. My Day 1 page is pretty and has rainbows, one of my favorite things, and is destined to be my 2022 album title page. I always love Then & Now pages; I make them a lot, though not by putting the old photo into the new photo, so that was fun, trying a new thing. I also love blending two papers together or a photo into a paper and do it a lot, but I'm not especially loving my layout for that day. I love my Clean & Simple layout even though I only scrap clean & simple once per year, for MOC :giggle but I had the perfect photo for it this week. I recorded a story well for my quadrant layout so I'll always enjoy that page even though I made it too cluttered for my taste. And likewise, today, the full template, is too cluttered, but I cleverly thought of something else instead of flowers to fill the page, and I recorded another good bit of journaling, so I actually like the page a lot and almost picked it as my favorite of this week.

However, my dangling page satisfies several areas. It's pretty. It has exactly the amount I like to put on a page (I don't like C&S or filled layouts; I'm in the middle, leaning toward less). I practiced techniques I don't use often. And it's full of a lot of ordinary memories besides the main idea of the page. So I'll call this one my favorite. :love

Sorry for the book, but I have thought this one through in my head. Day 1 was a favorite because of the emotional content. I miss my Grampa and seeing him with little me just hits me in the feels.

Day 2 took me all day to do and I didn't even sit down to scrap until 9pm that night. I agonized over it, and LOVED the photo that came from it.

Day 3 was the Dangles. I had such high hopes for the picture I had in my head, and I tried to replicate it, but it just didn't work like I saw it. The idea worked fine as it being a modified family tree/heritage layout, but it didn't LOOK like I wanted it to look.

Day 4 was the blended background. I typically don't do these, and I have a very difficult time with blending papers and have them look nice. I couldn't think of anything to use for a picture and I tripped over St. Nick going up the stairs, so I figured I would just take a picture of him and blend him into a background paper. Came out okay, but not a love.

Day 5 again, is emotional. My uncle Wally died of prostate cancer many years ago, and my Aunt Franny is remarried. I found a pack of negatives and these pictures were in them. I scanned them and sent them to my cousin. She wrote me back and said that her Mom was JUST lamenting that she wished she had photos of her wedding because they're just not around anywhere, and then these show up. God - incidence!!

Day 6 I LOVED the idea and made two pages. I like them both for different reasons.

Day 7 has emotional impact as my MIL died from Covid last year and it was bittersweet to see them all shiny and newly married!

After going through them all, I choose Day 2 - because every single time I look at it, I giggle and it makes ME smile. I love the colors and the placement of the elements and Melissa's cute little face peeking over the photo!!

My favorite one so far is the January 4: Photo Blended Into Background Challenge.

I loved taking a moment to record a tranquil and happy place in my home. I love the blending and how I could layer right over the top of the blended photo and then have a bigger cluster at the bottom to balance the visual weight.

Oh, Stef, this is hard. I HAVE to go with Day 1; my baby girl and her baby (my youngest grandchild).

I'm really pleased with all my week 1 layouts. Thanks to an Artisan tip that was shared I learned to use a feature that I've ignored for all my digital scrapping years. I feel that my clustering skills have improved. My favorite, though, has to be the Then & Now layout because of the emotions behind it. My dad has been gone for 45 years and my mom for 24. To go into my mom's cedar chest and take out her wedding dress & photograph it with their wedding photo was an incredibly emotional experience for me.

I'm going to go with my dangles one too - probably the one I've spent the longest on so far too. Love MOC for getting me out of my template dependency lol

My favorite is the clean and simple one. I never scrap like this because it feels inefficient to me but I always love the pages when I do. I need to learn to embrace the artistic journey more, I guess. And it's my doggy. :heartslub

I'm going to say my then & now photo because I NEVER would have done this without this challenge, and I love it!

I greatly enjoyed Courtney's challenge - The Quad Challenge. I love creating depth in a layout - mission accomplished. I also love moody tones and worn textures. Yep - got those too.

I'm going to have to go with this page of my boys, I love the photos and love how it turned out:

I’m not done yet with my week one, lol! Will need to scrap some more and see what I like the best. Although…I did make a blended page but I didn’t read directions properly, so I used an old photo!!! I still love that page and will probably post it anyway. Oops!!
