This is a version of a question I have as well.

I'll be concise and not beat around the bush: I love Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson. They sell their products at both stores they are currently at. Sometimes I get them here, and sometimes I get them at the other store. I don't remember which ones were bought at which store. So, if the items are at BOTH stores, then we can use them, but if it's only at the other store, we cannot. Is that correct? Or is it just ANY product that a current designer uses, regardless of where you got it, is ok to use?

I have some sleuthing to do if it's ONLY products by the designers that I bought HERE or are sold here that I can use.

Yes, I read that, but I don’t think that’s my exact question.

I am asking if all items of current designers can be used even if they aren’t and never were in the store here. Some of Rachel and Lynn’s items are released at one store but not the other.

Products used for MOC11 should support both the TLP store and TLP designers. For purposes of MOC, product used for your pages must be 100% TLP product - either current or retired by our current designers. IF A PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY SOLD BY A TLP DESIGNER AT A STORE OTHER THAN TLP, IT CANNOT BE USED FOR MOC. If you use product from a designer who sells at TLP and another store, you will need to verify that the product is not currently for sale at the other store. For example, if you use Kit XYZ from Designer Jane, who sells at TLP and Store123, and Kit XYZ is offered at Store123 but NOT at TLP, that kit will not be allowed for MOC. More simply put, you may use products that are currently for sale at TLP, or retired kits from current designers, but you cannot use product that is currently for sale somewhere other than TLP.

Yes, it clarifies completely! I wouldn't knowingly use something that's not at TLP, but I didn't separate them when they started selling at the other store as well. As I see them, I separate. Just didn't want to slip up.

MOC always finds me digging through my stash, and I would love to use some old freebies that are collecting dust on my EHD. I have older TLP sponsored Blog Hop Kits that are always tempting to me, but I sometimes shy away from since I'm never sure of the exact rules, how to credit, if I use something in the kit from a designer that's no longer in the store, etc.

Are these kits acceptable?
 
100% TLP and no participation prizes?
I really do not like these new changes. Traditionally I spend quite a bit during MOC to make sure my pages fit my vision. And I also exclusively shop at TLP. But sometimes, I have something else and I always liked the ability to throw something else in that I own. And nothing at all for my efforts and expense? Nah. I will do the challenges on my own with what I want and in my own time. I value the idea of learning something new, but with all I spend I always appreciated that gc.
