Mine was an annual subscription. I was just wondering if store credit (or a refund) would be issued for the unused months I purchased.

I'm sure that Julie @mrs2a50 will be able to let you know something. I know that stopping the subscriptions and working through annual/monthly payees, etc., was complicated so it's taking some time to get through all of them. Hang in there for us a bit longer.
