January 9: White on White Page

MOC7 Always Has So Many Interesting Challenges...In The Years That I Have Been Here & Have Never Heard Of A White On White Challenge...I Find This Challenge Confusing...I Looked Through The Thread Here & To Me It Looks Like A Lot Of The Layouts Contain Grey & Not White On White...I Have Trouble Distinguishing The 2 Sometimes...It Says White But To Me It Looks Grey...This Doesn't Seem To Comply With The Rules To Me...I'm Very Confused...Either Way...I Have A Finished Layout Here To Post & To Me It Looks A Lot Whiter Than A Lot Of The Ones I See Here In This Thread...So Hopefully It Is O.K....

agree with above posts that so many do not look white her e at all - either cream or light gray looked thru all pages and only a handful are white

this was much harder than it s hould be - recolorng tutorial never worked ( turned gray not white ) but luckily found a snow kit with a couple of white elements and paper

Under the touchup ribbon I used lighten on the flowers in my layout. They were white but had a lot of gray to them. Using lighten was like painting them white but still having the ridge definition and associated shadowing of the elements. It was cool using a feature I'd never tried before.
lighten - thanks. I'll try that. I was under "color" tab

This was a challenging challenge! I kept wanting to add some color:) It was fun to play and I now have a little "Franken Kit" of white paper and elements:) Thanks for the challenge! Here is my page:

I think a big issue I had and many might as well is the look of white on one screen, it may look cream/grey/blue on a different screen. All depends on what your computer screen setting are. Hope mine is white enough. Looked great on the computer but when I opened it on my phone the white colour was off.
