Journaling translated:
Sing!
Singing is no effort and always brings happiness along. It makes you smile and happy and with a tune everything goes easier.
Fight!
When you want something, go for it. Fully, with a hundred percent. And whenever it gets tough, go into action. Fasten your pace, go jogging, running. You can do it, so do it.
Cry!
Don’t be afraid for the big scary world. For emotions and people that will see. Everyone has their own things. Everybody cries. Be proud of yourself and show the world that these things are part of you.
Pray!
For everyone and everything you love. Pray for beautiful things here and now, and then and there.
Laugh!
Be open and honest about your happiness. Show it. And perhaps your smile will be the dot of lightning somebody else needs desperately.
Work!
You have already achieved so much, you never crumble down and pout. And that attitude is the one we’re gonna keep. Do, talk, think, see. Work for your ideals and sometimes purely for the results. But work.
Admire!
Enjoy the journey and look around. See big miracles and small moments of happiness. Live your life like it’s your last.

My journaling:

I've had a crazy run so far. Twenty five years ago I reinvented myself by going to college, and this last quarter century - QUARTER CENTURY?!!?!?! - has been a rush! As I close in on a double digit number (55, but shhhhhh - don't tell!!!) I am thinking of myself another quarter century from now. Twenty five years from now where will I be? What might I be doing? And what might I like to know from the woman I am today?

- Remember the amazing moments. Turn the pages in the books on your shelves, the books we made. Read the stories, see the photos. You'll see the love in Ralph's eyes. My fondest wish is that we are still both healthy and enjoying life together. If this isn't the case (as I don't have a crystal ball) I can only say that is not something I can even contemplate right now, but I hope the photos of our long love story give you comfort. - Keep moving, and do what you love. Every stage of our life I've tried to keep in mind this is the youngest I'll be again. It's important to take advantage of every moment we have. Get in front of the camera. Go on that trip. Buy that outfit. Call those you love. Continue making those memories. - Stay happy. Attitude is everything. Find the joy wherever you can. Spread the smiles, give the hugs, pump others up. Be the example others want to follow. You've earned all the delight around you, and you know how to bring it to others. With much love to you, beautiful lady,
