Question for those of use Hue-ally challenge - Is aqua and blue in the same hue?

I know that aqua is halfway between blue and green, but don't know if that counts (thinking specifically of using pictures at Flo's with DJ the car - he is blue, her signage is more aqua/teal. Can I use some elements that match his color of blue and some that match the cafe's color of blue?

I'm going back to the color wheel for this question I would say if you can keep your colors within two slices of each other that would be ideal. The teal looks like the slice at 9 o'clock and the blue looks like 6:30. I hope that helps!

Decided to stay away from the teal/aqua and just go with the blue of DJ

this was not easy (not hard, but not easy). It definitely went a different direction than what I had in mind after reading the challenge last night. But it's done. Lot's of recoloring of paint doodles with different intensities to try to get a bit of variation.

What you are seeing is probably just the cached image your browser is loading from before. What I see here is the same as in your gallery. Sometimes doing a forced refresh using Ctrl+F5 will help your browser clear out the old and load in the updated image.

I used a lot of hue/sat layers, as well as blended solid cyan papers into a lot of papers/ellies to get all monochromatic! It was fun! Thanks for the challenge!
