January 8 - One Color/Hue

Super fun!

 

Decided to stay away from the teal/aqua and just go with the blue of DJ

 

this was not easy (not hard, but not easy). It definitely went a different direction than what I had in mind after reading the challenge last night. But it's done. Lot's of recoloring of paint doodles with different intensities to try to get a bit of variation.



THIS is more what I had in mind last night:

 

I changed my font color to the same hue, and edited my original page, however I can't get the layout here to update.

 

Let me know if I need to alter the colors any. I believe I've got them all in the same family.

This took me WAAAY longer than it should have! lol!

 

I went with brown hues.

 

My page was inspired by my dental hygienist this morning as we were talking about not going many places since the pandemic.

I used a lot of hue/sat layers, as well as blended solid cyan papers into a lot of papers/ellies to get all monochromatic! It was fun! Thanks for the challenge!

 

It's a good thing I learned how to recolor this year! Thanks for the fun challenge. I definitely want to use this again sometime.
