January 4 - Re-scrap a Page

When I saw this challenge, I decided I would re-scrap the first layout in my gallery at The Lilypad, whatever it was.

Turned out it was a page I still love, from this time in 2016

So I decided to just have fun playing around with a completely different colour scheme this time :-)

This one turned out to be quite a challenge for me... first of all, I will work on and re do a page until I like it at the time it is done... So finding a page I thought could stand a re-do was the challenge.. I finally selected 3, and chose this one, as the one that could most use that...

...and here is my re-do.... I used much of the original, replace liwee's flower since she is apparently no longer here, with Rebecca's jar of brushes, used an NBK template ... no template used on the original, just a mask...

I've only been participating at The Lily Pad for a few days, so re-scrapped a page I just did yesterday! But I was glad to do it and include a couple of other photos from that day and the journaling.

The photos should be taken at the same time and be of the same "event". The spirit of this challenge is to tell the story of the photos in your original layout by either adding the story behind them or giving more details, so any additional photos should support that intent (vs. a comparison of something new). I hope that helps!!

This helps a lot. I'll pick something that has very little journaling and just a few photos, then add context with more journaling and possibly an additional photo (from same activity)

Very interesting challenge @SeattleSheri. Really enjoyed thinking about this and then settling on one where I had converted photos to black and white that actually also had a lot of visual interest in color. Thanks for hosting and all the work that goes into this MOC!

My re-scrapped page: (Used 1 photo from original and added another taken on the same day, added journaling)
