Journaling (110 words):
There are different things that help me stay in touch with myself. When I do sports because it clears my head. When crafting, because I live out my creativity. And sometimes also because the layouts evoke or process emotions and I use them to reflect on my life and events. When I write down my favorite moments at night, it shows me what really brings me joy, what I need to be happy.
At the moment it is above all the coaching that is gradually bringing me more to myself and my satisfaction. What helps me overcome old patterns and shed the baggage of decades and develop new perspectives.
Here's my page, with 104 words of journaling: "I am kind of an extrovert introvert. This means I need regular down time. I love to take a breath and read or just lie down for a while and daydream with some music on. This is really a habit I developed ever since I became a migraine patient, but I've noticed how it really helps me to calm down and center myself. Connecting with my true nature, because sometimes I can be quite the paradox. I realized I need to keep doing this, just enjoying some quiet time for myself to daydream and process everything from the day. So, I just have to........"
I have 194 words of journaling. @mrs2a50 I hope this fits the challenge because for me, there wasn't an easy answer. As I say, I seem to have plunged myself into an existential crisis.
