I found a layout in your pinterest board, I tried to locate the original posting, but it looks like the original board has been taken down, You Make Me Smile by PennyPaws @2peasinabucket. I really, really loved the layout of this page, so I tried to keep it as close to the original as possible, but still have my twist on it.
...and here I thought the idea behind Digital pages is to always try to make them look as if they are paper pages... i.e. shadows, etc....
I must admit, my heart sank a little when I initially read this challenge. I thought it would take so long to do and that I'd never get it right. And while it did take me some time to complete, it made me grow in confidence that I can figure out how to do things, apply lessons and techniques I've learned throughout this MOC and make it work. So thank you, for really, really challenging me AND making me feel accomplished. Here's my layout: And here's the link to the layout I chose as inspiration: (I'm not sure I know how to show the image of this in the link, since we aren't supposed to link to off-site things in the gallery and the gallery is the only way I know to insert an image link ...) https://www.scrapbook.com/gallery/image/layout/6048171.html

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I remember when digital was young, I took a class in PSE 2.0 and the goal was to make our pages look like paper pages so we learned how to make small drop-shadows and how to outline objects in white to make them look like stickers... but that was 13 years ago, lol. That's the cool thing about scrapbooking - there isn't a wrong way to do it, and with all the blending and modes we have in digital, the possibilities are limitless.
