I was inspired by the page below made by Kelly Noel which I found in the Studio Calico gallery:

I am not sure how to save and post a copy of a layout that I want to lift. I can't right click it and save as a jpeg off of pinterest.

When you hover over a photo on Pinterest you will see a magnifing glass with a + in it, just click. The photo will be bigger. At the top you will see 3 dots.. click on them.. the top one is download image (mine is in Dutch)
