An elephant that has been with me since childhood, my father and his friends, and a book made by a friend. I took the photo inside a black lacquer cabinet. This was another fun challenge
I used hubby's black luggage as the background and my black-covered notebooks as the base. I also brushed a small part of the photo's edges to cover up the laundry behind it lol.
I took this in the living room at 4am this morning on a black blanket with low light from the kitchen.

WOW...thanks for the tip.... actually the mono mode is B & W but the one before is color... Totally amazing images!!! I could sit here all day mugging for the camera... and not a lick of make up on , and hair not even combed yet!!! What fun.... Thank you so much!!!!!
NB Photo is not blended in, just partially erased, and has a dark background I used "One Day at a Time" and "Fresh Start"
This was not easy to do on a rare, bright day in Seattle. The only dark place in my house at 11:00 am was the closet in my back bedroom. It is stuffed with overflow and clothing from my rest of the 800 foot apartment. Plus my flashlight was dead so I had to use the crack of the door for the light source. Hopefully, it is dark enough.
