January 26: Year in Review (Journaling Challenge)

I chose to feature a change in our life. I began watching two children. It was quite the adjustment for us in 2015. Going from being an only-child to really have 2 siblings with the youngest being 6 months when I started watching them and Momma's lap wasn't just for her anymore.

For Day 26 - 2015 in review. I created a contact page in Photoshop, manipulated it a bit to get everything to fit and here it is. 320 photos all on one 8 1/2 x 11 page.

 

Here is my title page for 2015 - now I just have to scrap all the pictures!

 

Okay only 21 hour therapy session but there are 3 pages uploaded. This is the most scrapbook-y and happiest of them. If another would fit better @HeatherB let me know and I'll switch on the other thread. Not only did it help put a lot of 2015 to rest, but helped me change the way I look at it.

 

WOW!! In all the years I have been doing digi scrapping, I have NEVER taken 5 hours to do a layout!! I was going buggy eyed trying to fit all those photos and journaling in between those stitched lines! It is also the first time I have ever done a year in review page-------and I LOVE it!!!! Thanks for pushing me outside my box!!!

 

This is about something new I started in 2015 which makes that year special to me.

2015 was such a big year for us, thanks for the challenge to make me look back over a very eventful year.

These are screenshots of my personal galleries on my website, where I back up all my photos and share them with my mom. I decided to make a 2 page spread to fit them all better.

 

Here's mine...took some work gathering photos, I am a one photo per page kinda girl. Once again, thanks for the inspiration and the push
