January 24: Color wheel / Complementary Colors

Ughhh! I was uploading this when I remembered, everything had to be red and green. I had a cute little reindeer sitting where the candy cane heart is... kept it for my copy So deleted the other version but forgot to copy the credits first.

This was a challenge!! I have PSE, so I used the colours from your colour wheel and recreated them I used red-purple and yellow-green. I am pretty pleased with this, going to have to add this to my list of things to do after MOC..

Here's mine:


I chose bright yellow and purple. I wanted to use the yellow from Amanda's jacket because I read it was her favorite color and that's why she wore it. It was not easy getting the text of the entire poem on the page, but I love that I was able to do it!

Thank you for the challenge and color wheel resource. It was very helpful. This is not a color combination that I've used together. I needed to recolor my elements and paper to get the red-orange and blue-green colors. I don't recolor very often so that was good practice for me. Thanks for the push to try something new
