Im not used to such a "busy" layout BUT...
I started scrapbooking in the early 1990s, with paper. Things back then were larger photos and lots of papers, and people went BIG on their layouts, with many patterns, stickers, and elements. I like to think this is kind of "throwback to the 90s" layout!
