My department head gave me this amazing little cake for Christmas. It took all the discipline I had to wait a day to eat it so I could set up the photos. I love carrot cake but am normally not a fan of cream cheese frosting. I think this gem has made a convert of me. It was absolutely the best carrot cake I’ve ever eaten. Amazing!
