Does it have the ability to rasterize the text layer? If so, then you can resize it just like any other element. Just make sure you have the line of text exactly as you want because it makes the text uneditable once you rasterize.

BEFORE I simplify/rasterize a font layer I make a duplicate copy (cmd/ctrl-J) just so I'll have it if I change my mind on the simplified one and to know what font it was many layers later. I usually hide that layer under my main paper layer or change the background one to a layer and put it under there.

I created an ATC for this challenge, taking the subject (subway art) literally.

This is perfect because I am doing some posters for my sons new room and he is a gamer. I'll be back here. I hope I did this right.

I chose to do a few photos of my daughter and her fiancé from their engagement session from March 2018. I used part of the song, All of me loves all of you by John Legend. This is THEIR song and my son is singing it at their wedding in May 2019. It's their favorite song and really does describe them.

I think this is the simplest page I've ever made and I love it. It's not gussied up or fancy, just like Springsteen lyrics. The photo is from a concert, I was in the first row but there was some fencing in front of us so we were about 5 feet from the stage. I was with both of my daughters, best day ever.
