Thank you for this amazing challenge
I had a few different ideas for this, but the car ones didn't work out. Thankfully the birds were cooperative!
I took a bunch of paper scrapbooking items and placed them on a mirror, I stood up the paper people and had my son hold a photo of George yawning over it so it showed up in the mirror, then I did my best to extract that photo and put it in the scrap page.
I'm not thrilled with this photo. I thought I might get lucky and capture the cat in the bathroom mirror, but she was uncooperative -- every time I try to take her picture when she's not sleeping, she comes toward me to say hi, whatcha got?
Oh - how fun! I've wanted to scrap Snow White and Grumpy for a long time, thanks for giving me a reason.
Took my sewing room mirror out in the snow. Used brushes and blending modes to texture the snow.
If you dig a deep enough hole you can find the trees on the other side of the world.
Thank you for this challenge! I enjoyed playing with my granddaughter and a mirror today! Here is my page:
I love taking photos of the scenery from my rearview mirror! However, I need to clean it and my windshield
I did have fun. I got up early & took some shots in our main floor bathroom. I have a pull-out swivel makeup mirror there. But I had to turn on the lights since that room has no windows. Some interesting shots, I may use them another time. Later this a.m. I went outside with a few hand mirrors. One had a large wooden handle, I stuck it in snow (quite cute result), but for the one I selected, I held the mirror with my left hand and then tried to snap the photo with my right hand. It would have been SO MUCH easier if I had an assistant. Oh well.
I was inspired by the website with the nature/sky reflections, so I took the mirror off our dining room wall and took it out on the deck to get my desired photo. I didn't want to mess up the wall trying to hang it back by myself, so I left it leaning on the buffet. My husband came home and wanted to know what was going on -LOL! Thanks for the challenge!
I was chatting with a friend this morning and she told me about this mirror. There are more around town but this one was in a residential area so I could stop and take a picture.
Thanks for the great challenge!
It is quite nice outside and this challenge got me to wander around and find a photo opp.
Here's my layout for today's In A Mirror challenge, created with Bella Gypsy's collections Cozy Christmas and Only You:
