Jan 6: “This is My Song” Image Challenge (Inspiration)

I did not intend for this page to be so dark. We had some big upheavals in 2015, but things are looking up!

My song and the album title are "Passing Feathers" and the band is the Snarky Girls. This actually reflects something I am trying to change - not passing feathers (gossip), because just as you could never recapture all of the feathers if you let a bunch of them go in a breeze, you can never take back gossip once it leaves your mouth. The playlist of song titles on the album all reflect other areas of my life here and now - most of them much more positive I might add!

Our family has moved a lot. We are facing another move this year. We got this. I give you, The Moving Movers.

Kit used is Moving Day by Kristin Aagard Designs. The musical notes are from her Those About to Rock kit.

I had a few hard years. I had to make decisions that I did not like. I fell into a hole and have managed to get out again. I have separated myself from some people who have hurt me and my family. But I did it! And I'm proud of !! Also, I often cut my family's hair. Thus the kit of Kristin Aagard has fitted perfectly.

My Band name is Lost and Found and the title is cut of - a new beginning

Yay! I finally finished mine and I had so much fun playing with the lyrics on the old Beastie Boys song. ...with a VERY different flavor. Lol! Thanks for this awesome challenge Jenn! I totally love seeing how creative everyone's pages for this are!

Song Title: She's Crafty
Band name: Crazy Aunt Karen

Here's Mine! I was a bit overwhelmed with the idea of this challenge, I wanted to do something along the lines of mindfulness. One of the tricks I have learned to control anxiety is to breathe in a mindful way. Hence - Inhale, by KC & Co - which stands for Keep Calm and Carry on!
I didn't have any idea of what to work with - but then this kit came out at the weekend - thank you Val xx

What a great challenge, I really had to come out of my comfort zone, but in the end I loved it!
My album is called: inhale - exhale
My song: just breathe
'I love you more than
words can ever tell
but sometimes, being a mom of 4
kids overwhelmes me, I want to be
the best mom they can wish for, I
want to make up for all they have
lost in their young lifes
But I'm only human, I have no super
power...'
