Well it’s all ok at the moment but the next few days are meant to be interesting as the Cyclone is meant to make landfall.

Where I was ended up ok (just a heap of rain and wind for two days or so) but a coastal suburb of the city I live in wasn't so lucky with houses slipping and a volunteer firefighter missing and later announced dead and neither were a few coastal towns further away with severe flooding and major roads closed

It's amazing how far news travels these days. I'm sure we will all be ok eventually but some areas are in far worse condition than others
