Happy Thursday everyone!

We’re heading into DYD weekend which means lots of shopping and scrapping are coming! What’s the “best seat in the house” for you? Where do you like to get cozy and scrap or shop or scroll? Do you prefer your desk? The couch? Inquiring minds want to know!

I need to be at a desk, and at this time of the year, am often wrapped up in one of my lap quilts.

I am in the corner of my sectional, with my laptop on my lap desk. I have lots of throw pillows to arrange around me/behind me and a pile of blankets/quilts nearby for use as needed. We are still having a warm fall, after a bit of a cold front that came through on Halloween night it is back into the 80s for a high here. I wear comfy house slippers and have a little angled footstool to raise my feet/legs/lap/desk/laptop to a better angle.

For scrapping/downloading new goodies it's at my desk as I use a desktop PC. For most other random shopping and scrolling etc I'm usually tucked up in bed (not totally by choice but due to varying levels of fatigue).

I scroll a lot on my phone but do 99 percent of my scrapping from the couch in the living room

Uh, I need a new desk chair so bad! My husband broke ours and we still haven't replaced it. Our couch is my favorite cozy spot. Especially now, since my tree is up in the LR and it makes it extra cozy! I sometimes wish I had a laptop to scrap while sitting on the couch.

My computer is a 27" Mac desktop so I have to sit at my desk to enjoy TLP. I have occasionally visited with my phone -- and that's actually how I check the MOC challenges first thing every morning in January -- but it isn't ideal.

I have a very comfy desk chair. Intended for gamers, it has a wide seat and high back, all cushioned, covered with fake leather, and it reclines.

However, I wouldn't call it my best seat in my house. I have an old "chair and a half" in my bedroom that I kept for myself when we replaced it with a small sofa in the family room. It's shabby but with a few blankets and pillows it's my personal, private cozy spot where I sit to read or listen to podcasts when I want to be alone.

I’m sorry your desk chair broke. I tried a desk chair but I didn’t like it so I went back to a folding chair.

In the morning, to shop or scroll, I'm in my cozy little reading nook in the dining room: a comfy loveseat, with a coffee table piled high with books, magazines, and notebooks (I could never be a minimalist, LOL!). When it comes time to actually scrap, I have to be sitting at my desk, in the spare bedroom/home office (which is in a loft room at the back of the house: nothing fancy, but with its own separate staircase, it feels very cozy and private).

It would probably be better on my back if I sat at a desk, but every time I start scrapping at a desk I never finish at the desk.

It's an office type chair so it swivels and tilts.
I love putting my feet up on the desk as I watch videos etc.

I'm a desktop scrapper, so I have to be at my desk to play. Plus I love my two big monitors for my old lady eyes too, so again that means a desk for me.
