I decided I wanted to do more for the January 26 Year in Review Challenge so I made another two page spread and I tied them together. More details in my gallery description.
i didn't love my original page (it was just get it done in the end) but i loved this design concept so i repeated the Jan 15 repeated element challenge - there's 10 shell elements on there
I tried my hand at Art Journal again. I figure if I keep trying it I will eventually get better at it.
I hadn't finished many which meant I had lots to choose from, sigh. In the end I went for Amanda's Day 8 challenge - one word/ journalling challenge
I love doing double pages but I rarely use one big photo and then a bunch of little ones like the MOC challenge did. I love the result of that so I did the double page challenge again.
I have taken pleasure of doing photoless layouts lately... So that's the one I chose for my redo. T-O-D-A-Y by loridigi posted Feb 16, 2016 at 10:00 PM
I redid the MOC4 Day 19 Style Challenge (Clean & Simple). I wanted to try that challenge again since I don't use that design style very often.
I chose JANUARY 10: Extraction with a Twist (Technique Challenge) Using Gimp, I managed the cut out bit fairly well. Learned a totally new thing using Stroke. The addition of a drop shadow occurred but it was really wimpy and I couldn't seem to fix it. When frustration hit, I quit and boosted the effect with Scrapbook Max's shadow adder. (something I'd never adjusted before)
