Here's my layout with lyrics from my other theme song. I have two ~ one for when I'm feeling upbeat (like this one) and the other when I'm not (You Only Get What You Give - Don't Give Up).
Cool challenge! Since your layout uses lyrics from one of my favorite bands (Styx), I'm tempted to do a Styx-based layout as well. Or Journey. Or Pink Floyd. Or something obscure. I have a loooooot of music in my head!
Doing all those throwback and heritage challenges it has had me going through my old photos, way too many that I haven't scrapped but I will get to some of them this year! But it sure makes me miss those sweet days when they were little and life was simple without the worries of high school and college choices and life choices. it makes me wanna go back.
Taxi nach Paris (Felix De Luxe) The Song is "Mit einem Taxi nach Paris" - "With a taxi to Paris", a good mood song (for me) that my eldest daughter loved as a child. The song was a must on car rides.
Inspired from the song "California Dreamin" (Mama's and Papa's). Sometimes here in Germany the days are grey and dark but I also know the days in California.
My song is a Pink Floyd one that I heard when it came out but never clicked with me until some years later. Comfortably Numb
I nearly freaked out when I saw this challenge, couldn't think of any song lyrics at all. Then when I saw these photos inspiration struck.
My husban travel a lot for work so when i take pictures of our videochats i always remember this song, specially the time i was in Chile and he was in China. Song: Simple Plan - Jet Lag ft. Natasha Bedingfield
Here's mine. Planning ahead. Here's a link to the song. https://lyricsfa.com/2016/11/06/cast-of-the-lodge-favorite-place-to-be-lyrics/
It turned out awesome! I'm glad you didn't resist! My friend's driveway currently says "Eyeball of doom".... You make me remember to appreciate the 7 year old I have! I do not look forward to college and high school right now! Have you ever had the opportunity to see them live? We saw the Christmas Special 2013 with Deborah Voigt and John Rhys-Davies and it was amazing!
