    I just realized that my cover didn't use any scrap elements at all! Can I still use it? NM - I added photo edges! LOL

    I was inspired by the person standing looking into the fog and realized I had a photo from the Grand Canyon where Michael and Melissa were standing in front of what should have been the "grand" view - but all there was there was fog and snow.

    I decided to do a childrens book. Moctly because the book I was looking for apaertly was before the internet, but not old enough to be an antique...... sign.... a bit like me :D

    A Very Interesting Challenge!...Book Covers Are Always Interesting & Can I Say Thought Provoking...& Great! Ideas For Creativity!...And Creating Art Of All Kinds!...I Have Been Inspired By Book Covers In The Past...This Time Around I Was Looking For Some Inspiration On A Layout About Clutter In One's Mind...So I Went Searching...But They Weren't Quite Right...So I Finally Found This Book Cover & I Was Inspired To Create My "A Cluttered Mind" Layout...You Can See Her Head/Mind With All The Clutter Coming Out Of Her Head...So That Was My Idea For My Layout...I Went With Different Colors Because I Was Using Certain Kits In Certain Colors That I Felt Were More Appropriate To How I See/Feel About The Constant Clutter That Resides In My Own Head...

    I loved this book cover as soon as I saw it. The broken butterfly appealed so much to me and I instantly knew what I wanted to do. I also loved the fun title work.

    I had a hard time choosing my book. I wanted a large photo, (I love them) to honor our dog. This is what I found.

    Well, I didn't end up able to make a page for this challenge, but I did want to thank you for leading me to a book that my kids and I ended up loving! It's always fun to discover new and excellent authors, and Jaclyn Moriarty is definitely that!

    I chose this book. The design is so simple yet very striking.
