Hello all - I emailed and sent a customer service form --- my M3 purchase from late last night does not have a download link on the invoice. Help me - I want to play.

Hey Bev... which item(s) did you purchase that don't have a link. If it's the whole kit, I think Julie or Laura will have to help, but if it's one designer's item, you could tag them here and they might be able to help too. Also, I can check out with an item to see if it does the same no link thing for me if you'd like a test...
Oh! And one other thing to try is going into your account and see if the download link is there even if it didn't come via email... @BevG Go here: https://the-lilypad.com/store/orders.php and search for yesterday's date only.
Yeah - that is where I have been looking. I have a M3 subscription. I didn't get an email with a link either. Usually I just use the download link in the invoice.

@mrs2a50 - I am okay - I just put it in my cart and checked out again. It came across as pre-paid and I got the link this time. So all is well. No idea why it did not work the first time.
