We have after xmas sales here (Boxing Day on 26 Dec which doesnt help xmas shopping at all!).

Challenge and chat coupons are not valid during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Designers may offer additional specific Black Friday discounts in their newsletters and you are, of course, welcome to use those.
 
Just got back with my girls a little bit ago. We didn't specifically go after any sales. We just went for the fun of it! I did actually end up getting everything I needed for all the cousins at a super good deal, I even made the girls go out to the van and I got some things I saw them eyeing. I got a Christmas outfit for the 2 newest kiddos at a steal of a deal. Then we went out for a nice, peaceful lunch just the 3 of us. With 7 kids it was a really special day. I think it helped not having a list of deals I wanted to get or things I wanted to buy, but just to go for fun, and if we something we thought someone would like we would get it.

Oh and my daughter got some new shoes to go with her dress for her piano recital. Her sister talked her into getting high heels. She's been practicing walking around the house in them. It's quite funny.
 
Nope. Nope. Nope. Not Black Friday. Most other days I will go if it's a group or with My Mom. I don't expect to find anything, and usually just look at it as if it's an outing... then it's fun!
 
Went out today at about 3:00pm for a little Black Friday shopping - not for huge deals, just to get some things I needed for decorating (Hobby Lobby and Lowe's), and hit Ulta while I was out for a few gifts. Tomorrow I hope to do a little Small Business Saturday shopping in our downtown area, and then I am sure I will buy SOMETHING online on Monday too!
 
I got back to our trailer just before 3. It wasnt as busy as other years, deals weren't as great and it was so windy out that it knocked the glasses off my head. But I came back with some good Xmas presents. I think the best deal was a cute jacket for one of the grand kiddies for 80% off. A fun little thing I got for me was a little orange tool for breaking up ground meat when cooking. That was a well spent 3 bucks.
 
only really was looking at one thing outside of scrappy shopping but Amazon won't deliver it down here. Works out that the PSE deal on Amazon is about $100 cheaper including exchange but it's a no go for me....
 
A friend talked me into going to Walmart with her on Thanksgiving night when they started their Black Friday sales. I got a few things, but I had to fight my way through a panic attack because of the crowds. It was not my best decision every. I'll do the rest of my shopping online except for maybe a few things my daughters want from American Girl. I can get a military discount if I shop in the store. I hope to drop by there Sunday evening when I'm out.
 
I went to Target this morning, and used their $50/$100 to grab a Christmas tree. We donated ours to a family in need before moving. But I was able to snag a new one, much less fancy, and not pre-lit!
 
I did some shopping this weekend, but nothing like I used to do. My Mother-in-law and I used to love getting up super early on Black Friday and getting the good deals, but now it's all so confusing when the deals actually start. They start on November 1st bombarding me with the deals and it seems like Black Friday isnt' even as much of a thing anymore, since the stores all want to be the first to open and they all open on Thanksgiving evening now.
