    Welcome to the August TLP POP's (Pride of the Pad) for 2023!

    If you have seen blinkies in some members signatures and wondered about this, and for those of you who don't know, this is The Lilypad version of Layout of the Week and it is VERY.DIFFICULT. to choose just one from each week! The inspiration in the gallery is amazing and each week of the month a different Polly chooses one page to highlight and award bragging rights to the creator!

    Be sure to congratulate these scrappers by clicking on the graphics to visit their featured pages & leave them some love in the gallery!

    It might have been hip to be square in the '80s and when iphones and instagram came out, but i was totally digging seeing Disney Paris through a triangle frame this week! Love this - congrats and the honour of POP this week goes to @*sylvia* !

    Sometimes I don't really know what to write in this little blurb bit before a POP award, and sometimes I try to let the gif speak as in art journalling when we don't have the words, we can use imagery to convey meaning.
    I think we all know our hobby and our community is fairly unique in terms of how much and what we share of our lives in our art and not all of it is warm and fuzzy or joyous, but we always hope our community benefits from sharing the opposite extreme of harder, heartbreaking and dark times as well.

    Congratulations on the POP Rhonda! @RJMJ You are the queen of emotions on your art journaling pages. I just wish you didn't have so many emotions and so much grief to work through right now. But I sure am glad you have art journaling as an outlet. Hugs to you!
