    Do you know what happened with the package? I hope you get this figured out! Renters usually respect the fact that other people used to live in "their" place. I had a similar thing when we moved into a rental home here; I kept getting previous renters' mail/packages. Thankfully she stopped by and gave me her phone number to text her if anything was there for her.
