@Angela Toucan it’s not common practice. Out of the two longer distance interviews I’ve been reimbursed once. The thing is the company offered to do a skype interview but I felt I’d perform better in a face to face (plus less risk of tech issues) so said I’d come down.

I’m lucky that my grandmother offers to lend me the money and I just spend as little as needed for me to be comfortable in terms for accomodation and flights. It also gives me a chance to explore potential areas to live in etc if I was to move.

Jenn, super huge hugggzz, apologies I haven't been in touch, I was very unwell and unable to scrap for 3 months,will write tomorrow, but you know you can write or give us a shout and we can vent together!!!!! Huggzzz

in my case the worse th9ng that could have happened to me was to have to go into the benefits system, so I do understand about the frustration of job seeking, wish I could hugg you in person!!!!

bit of an update - while it hasn’t been resolved fully, things are looking more promising. Pity it took til a family member was in hospital for progress though.

i can't live without styles! did they speed up your process at all?

@bellbird I’ve used someone else’s styles before but needed to shadow a vellum element which the other style didn’t have an option for

@bestcee not yet cause its going well at the moment. Only got 80 files to go but they look to be pretty big ones as there is quite a high number of MB to go - over 25000 at the moment

its already down to 73 days which is a big improvement,,,,it just worried me for awhile as it was such a big jump and I've also never seen it that high ever
