Hope everyone is having fun during Summer School, it's time for week 3!

When I did Summer School for my university degree, it wasn't fun but a Scrapping Summer School....I'm here for it!

Anyway, in high school, Social Studies was one of my fave subjects so for week 3, it's time to hit the books or shop in this case for some Memory Pocket Monthly Collections which are on sale this week.

I often see in the forum, different people say, I don't do pocket scrapping so I don't use Memory Pocket Monthly Collections or don't know how to scrap with them. Well, fun fact....I and many other Polly's & Designers use them on traditional scrapbooking pages.

This weeks challenge is a simple one - use at least one Memory Pocket Monthly collection for a traditional scrapbook pages (travellers notebooks & hybrid projects accepted), no pocket pages allowed! MPM add on's can be used in addition to the main collection.

To give you a few ideas, here are some tips and tricks

• Look at it as just another collection rather than strictly for pocket pages. I look at these collections no differently than the collections I have from Bella Gypsy or Just Jaimee
• Consider the colour palette and match it with your photos
• Consider the theme of the collection. Some examples are:
  • Memory Pocket Monthly: Journey for travel
  • Memory Pocket Monthly: Yippee for birthdays or celebrations or parties etc
  • Memory Pocket Monthly: Thrive for growth, gardening, spring etc
  • Memory Pocket Monthly: Celebrate for 4th of July or Canada Day
• If in doubt embrace the use of the foundational collections (Memory Pockets Monthly Add-on Collection: FOUNDATION & Memory Pockets Monthly: Foundation (2021 edition)) & let your photos and stories shine

Absolutely, it's not a pocket page so I'm ok with it - the main thing is to not do a pocket page as my aim for this challenge was to show versatility of the product beyond pocket pages
