I know I once read somewhere in the forum how to get a slight edge on a white background so that it does have a border in the gallery. Someone had a trick for it, I think it might have been you @cfile? Or maybe @AnneofAlamo? Not sure, I've tried fiddling around with borders and edges but couldn't get it like I saw in the forum back then... Can anyone help me?
Are you thinking of a small stroke on the background paper? I have done inside strokes, size of the stroke would be your choice. I think I have done one as little as 3 to 5 points.
I guess, I don't remember the specifics only that someone talked about in in the forum. I checked the tutorials, but it wasn't there and I think I remember it being in a random thread. Probably need to play around with the stroke more, that should be it. Thanks for brainstorming with me
That one's awesome, but I mean just a small stroke or border so you can see the edge on a white BG in the gallery. I'll try this one sometime too, thank you
I wanted to help you out. So, I checked my gallery to see what I do. But my solution is I don't use a pure white background. I tried to search it out, but no luck. I'll keep looking to see if I can find anything. For the stroke, you could probably do a light grey and make it look like a shadow.
Is this just for the gallery or another reason? I'm just curious. I love a good white BG, but never thought to put an edge on it other than matting.
