January 4 - Re-scrap a Page

My original was from MOC 4, from 2016:

I decided to use the first layout in my gallery from 2014!

i have some photos from the same day that i am going to add to a new layout but also wanted to know if the original layout has a photo in black and white can i use that photo but in color on the new scrap page or does it have to be in black and white. thanks for letting me know
