January 24th - Pieces of Us. (Photography Challenge)

This was probably by the far the hardest challenge for me to do with a very unwilling participant. I seriously spent all day photographing this kid, several meltdown and tears. If it weren't for the unwilling participant, I think I would have really enjoyed using an older photo(s) and doing this challenge. I think my struggle was just my kid.

Anyways, so glad this is over and I don't have to worry about photographing this kid until his 5th birthday next month!!

I am so proud of you for persevering!!! I came here specifically to see if you were able to photograph him! I gave up and did myself as no one was around!!

While rocking him tonight for bed, I told him he wasn't playing any xbox or watching tv tomorrow, so he's going to ask a lot of questions. But I'll try. The photos won't be the greatest since I know it'll be phone photos. He gets really agitated when he sees the DSLR. Oh my goodness, you should have seen our family photos in November. I didn't even get any they were THAT bad! :O

Why don't you let him take pictures of you, and use those? You can crop out your face, or whatever... =)

Me too!!! It also challenged me because in my head I knew I needed to go clean and graphic and let the photos talk, but I kept wanting to put more on it!!!

I’m so glad I listened and went more graphic. I love the result. Thank you for the challenge!!!!!!
