January 8th - Journaling Challenge: "All About"

I'm not a big fan of journaling a full page, so the journaling challenges are a real challenge for me. However, get me going on my kitties, and I'll bore you to tears.

I did a course in Timekeeping so that I could be an official at my daughters swimming matches. It was actually a lot harder than I thought: you have to know all the rules of matches and the different strokes :-)

Journaling translated:
A few years ago we started a new tradition: christmas jigsaw puzzles. This year mom gave me a new one. Of course it was a Wasgij puzzle, bit this was a double one. There were 2 puzzles of both 1000 pieces in the box: the front and the mystery. The first took a good week to make, the second one went quicker but isn't finished yet! lol! Old fashioned fun.
 
I love all about challenges, especially when they're not all about me! Perfect to document my baby's 5 months all about him:
 
oh my. that totally went somewhere I wasn't expecting it to. I've been thinking about this for days. I just finished my journaling and got weepy. Now to work on my page and try to make the journaling fit. LOL
 
This was a good way to get my butt in gear and start my "Year in the Life" book for my little one...I'm a bit behind :giggle
