Tallest Building |Pad Patter 12.31

I'm sure the Eiffel Tower was the highest building I've been on. I was very young though, so I can't really remember it too well.

I'm not real wild about heights
me neither -nor long queues so we didn't go up the Effiel Tower; not sure what the one in Toronto is called but if the top of the rotation of the London Eye counts, we did those as well
(and no, i've never climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge - it's a lot of money to wear a prison jumpsuit and be tied to other people and walk up a lot of stairs to dizzying heights in the wind)

I do NOT do tall !! My biggest accomplishment was the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan. 18th tallest building in America. 78th in the world; and that's as close as I will get!!! By the time we got to the top I thought I was going to pass out. And to make matters worse, the elevator is on the outside of the building!!!! GAHHHHHHH!!!!!

The original World Trade Center in NY. I've also been in the Empire State building, Sears Tower, IDS Center. But none of them compare to being at the top of a mountain!

But none of them compare to being at the top of a mountain!
This is true. I haven't been to the top of too many mountains though! Just up to the Mount Timpanogos Cave in Utah.

I have done the Eiffel Tower, Empire State Building and Table Mountain.
Living in Cape Town the mountain is easy with a fabulous cable car that runs to the top. Of course I did climb it too, in my younger days.

Most recently I went to the top of city hall in Philadelphia, but I think the St. Louis arch is probably the tallest I've been to.

The Eiffel Tower (in Paris) is my highest one, I went on a school trip when I was 17. I've also been to the Space Needle and the Calgary Tower (about half the Eiffel Tower?).

I want to go see the Grand Canyon. But I can't even picture the idea of walking out on the Skywalk!
When we went to the Grand Canyon I didn't know there was no railing to keep you from falling over - which i know would be very unlikely, but I'm afraid of heights so it made me very nervous.. No sky walking for me, thank you very much.
I've been to the top of the Eiffel Tower, Sears Tower, Empire State Building and St Louis Arch. St Louis Arche is completely enclosed, the others have high railings or glass.

The tallest building I have been too is the Q1 which is a Skyscraper in Surfers Paradise, Queensland
It lost its title as the world's tallest residential tower to the 337-metre building The Marina Torch in Dubai on 29 April 2011.

Sear's Tower in Chicago
St. Louis Arch
Space Needle in Seattle
Sky Tower in Auckland New Zealand
