I see that today is a day for celebrating cheese, so what's your favorite?
I do try to limit my intake since I only will buy the full fat variety. But, My current favorite is Currently, a bit of soft goat cheese, spreads nicely on crackers, wonderful on a salad, pairs great with strawberries.

I haven't had dairy since 2008 because of lactose intolerance and I've kind of forgotten what it tastes like. But I get the fatty creaminess of dairy from a few sources. I love cashew cream, which can be made savory or sweet, and make it often. I love avocados. I don't have a lot of commercial vegan cheese substitutes but I like the Chao brand slices, Violife and Follow Your Heart shreds, and Treeline brand sour cream.
